You sit somewhere, you say what you think. You feel tingling along your spine in the upper region near the precipice of your neck and back. You know that what you said made somebody in the room cringe inside. And that those involuntary, subconscious cringes are the root of your spine tingling, and your fear of saying what you really think and feel.
You know that you must do something about this. You cannot ignore this feeling no matter how scientifically impossible it may seem. For ignoring these negative influences only feeds them, and may well bring unpleasant surprises in the near future. You know this is not new, nor is it old.
You know that with practice you will be able to absorb the negative impulses and recycle them and stop their intention of multiplying the negativity.
